TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE OF SERVICES OF FUJI9
1. General
1.1 These Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationship between the Player (hereinafter referred to as the “User”) and FUJI9.
1.2 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using any services available on the website (https://www.fuji9.com) or any affiliated platforms owned and operated by FUJI9—including, but not limited to, access through television, personal computers, mobile devices, or other communication channels—to participate in gambling services, including downloadable applications (collectively referred to as the “Websites”), or by registering an account on the Website, the User expressly acknowledges and agrees to be legally bound by the following:
(i) The account registration process,
(ii) The rules governing all gambling activities and transactions,
(iii) The Privacy Policy, and
(iv) The Rules of the Games (collectively referred to as the “T&C”).
1.3 FUJI9 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time, any amendments to these Terms and Conditions shall become effective immediately upon being posted on the Website. It is the sole responsibility of the User to review these Terms and Conditions, as well as the specific Rules for each game in which they participate, to remain informed of any updates. All unsettled bets at the time of the change will be subject to the Terms and Conditions that were in effect before the update.
1.4 FUJI9 is licensed and regulated by the Government of Curaçao and operates under the master license of Gaming Services Provider N.V. #365/JAZ.
1.5 In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any game-specific terms and conditions, the game-specific terms and conditions shall take precedence. Where a particular aspect of the game-specific terms and conditions is not addressed but is covered by these Terms and Conditions, the provisions in these Terms and Conditions shall apply to the relationship between the User and FUJI9.
1.6 Rules and explanations for participating in any of FUJI9's Games, maintaining the User account with FUJI9, Privacy Policy, and other important information are provided in separate links on the Website and are incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference.
1.7 Without prejudice to clause 1 above, any reference to FUJI9's Games in this agreement shall refer to Sport betting, Casino, and other Games as may from time to time become available on the Website. FUJI9 reserve the right to add and remove Games from the Website at its own discretion.
1.8 The User acknowledges that, in addition to FUJI9’s Terms and Conditions, they must also comply with the terms, conditions, and rules imposed by the relevant game providers. By participating in any game or service provided by FUJI9, the User agrees to abide by the rules set forth by the respective game providers. In the event of any conflict between FUJI9’s Terms and Conditions and the game provider’s rules, the game provider’s rules shall take precedence in matters related to gameplay, bet settlement, and dispute resolution.
1.9 These Terms and Conditions are published in multiple languages for convenience and ease of access by Users. In the event of any discrepancy between a non-English version and the English version of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
1.10 Users are permitted to hold only one active account. If a user is found attempting to create or maintain multiple accounts, FUJI9 reserves the right to revoke all bonuses and winnings associated with the multiple accounts and to block or close some or all of the accounts. The user will be allowed to retain one account, and any remaining balance (if applicable) will be transferred to that account.
1.11 In the event that any irregular or abnormal betting activity is detected, FUJI9 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to withhold, cancel, or revoke any winnings derived from such activity.
2. Member Account
2.1 Account Registration & Terms of use:
2.1.1 To use FUJI9’s services, applicants must create a player account (hereinafter referred to as the “Member Account”) and must be at least 18 years of age.
2.1.2 To use FUJI9’s services, you must complete the registration form with accurate and correct personal information, accept these Terms and Conditions, and, if required, undergo verification checks. This may include providing valid identification (e.g., passport, driver’s license, or national ID) and proof of residence (e.g., recent utility bill). We may suspend or restrict your Account if the required documentation is not provided. All verifications comply with applicable gaming regulations and anti-money laundering requirements. You will also need to fund your Account using the available payment methods on the Website.
2.1.3 Individuals who are residing in or temporarily located in the United States, Singapore, Philippines, or Hong Kong are strictly prohibited from registering for a FUJI9 member account.
FUJI9 regularly monitors registration data for anomalies, and any member accounts identified from the aforementioned regions will be immediately and indefinitely suspended.
Users are solely responsible for understanding and complying with the online gambling laws applicable in their jurisdiction. The accessibility of the FUJI9 website in certain jurisdictions should not be construed as an offer or invitation to use its services. FUJI9 shall not be held liable for any actions that violate the laws or regulations of the user’s jurisdiction or any breaches of these Terms and Conditions.
2.1.4 Users are prohibited from engaging in gambling, wagering, or placing bets within Myanmar jurisdiction, as specified in our gaming license.
2.1.5 If FUJI9 identifies that a User has created or is attempting to create multiple Member Accounts under different names, either directly or through third parties (e.g., relatives or associates), the User must cooperate and provide clarification promptly. Failure to comply or any such attempts will result in the immediate closure of all related accounts.
2.1.6 We reserve the right to reject any registration application at our sole discretion, without the obligation to provide a reason. This is to protect the integrity of the service and for operational reasons.
2.1.7 Users are responsible for keeping their Account password secure. If the password is compromised, user must notify us immediately via live chat. FUJI9 is not responsible for any abuse or misuse of the User's Member Account by third parties due to the User's disclosure, whether intentional or accidental, whether active or passive, of their login details to any third party.
2.1.8 To protect account security, maintain platform fairness, prevent misuse, and comply with licensing and anti-money laundering regulations, the selling, transferring, or acquiring of accounts to/from other Users is strictly prohibited.
2.2 Account Administration
2.2.1 We reserve the right to suspend or close the Account and refund any remaining balance if we determine that user are not in compliance with these Terms, to protect the integrity or fairness of the platform, or for other justifiable reasons. In such cases, prior notice may not always be given. If the Account is suspended or closed due to non-compliance, we reserve the right to cancel or void any pending bets and retain any funds, including your deposit.
2.2.2 We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any wager at our discretion, for any reason, including bets that appear to be placed fraudulently or in an attempt to bypass our betting limits and system regulations.
2.2.3 In the event that any amount is erroneously credited to your Account, such amount shall remain the property of FUJI9. In such cases, we will deduct the erroneous amount from the User’s Account. If the amount has been used for placing bets and the Account lacks sufficient funds to allow us to proceed with the deduction, we will temporarily suspend the Account and await bet settlement. If, after settlement, the Account still has insufficient funds to cover the deduction, the Account will remain suspended until the User deposits funds to cover the amount.
2.2.4 In the event that Account becomes overdrawn under any circumstances, user shall be obligated to repay the overdrawn amount, unless such overdrawn arises from an error, human mistake, technical glitch or system malfunction on the part of FUJI9.
2.2.5 We reserve the right to suspend and/or close any account suspected of engaging in cheating, hacking, attacking, manipulation, or any actions that may disrupt normal betting operations (including the Website), and further reserves the right to permanently cease providing services to such an account in the future. Any abnormal bets detected will be voided or rejected without prior notice.
2.2.6 Any deposit made by the User into the User's Member Account will be held for the User's use until the User places a bid for a bet, or accepts a bet on the Website. FUJI9 then holds the amount staked awaiting the outcome of the Bet.
2.2.7 After the User places a bet on FUJI9’s website, FUJI9 will secure the staked amount until the outcome of the game is determined and a winner is declared. At that point, the bet is final and cannot be canceled, and any funds held by FUJI9 as a stakeholder cannot be withdrawn.
2.3 Deposits
2.3.1 Using third-party accounts or payment systems is strictly prohibited, all deposits must be made from a bank account, e-wallet account or any other financial account registered in your own name. Violations of this rule may result in the suspension or closure of your account. Furthermore, any loss of funds arising from such violations will be the sole responsibility of the User, and FUJI9 will not be held liable in any way.
2.3.2 All necessary details for making deposits will be provided on the ‘Deposit’ page of the Website, and all deposits must be made from a bank account, e-wallet account, or any other financial account registered in your own name. Furthermore, Users must follow the instructions outlined on the ‘Deposit’ page to complete the transaction. Any loss of funds resulting from violations of these requirements will be the sole responsibility of the User, and FUJI9 will not be held liable in any way.
2.3.3 FUJI9 reserves the right to implement additional procedures and methods to verify the User’s identity when processing deposits into the User’s Member Account.
2.4 Withdrawals
2.4.1 Users may request to withdraw funds from their Account at any time, provided that the following conditions are met:
• The account is in good standing and has not been suspended.
• All deposits have been successfully completed, approved, and are not subject to annulment, chargebacks, or any other form of reversal.
• All relevant security and verification checks, including Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks, Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures, and other local gambling regulations have been fully completed.
• Any applicable turnover requirements, including those related to promotions, have been fully satisfied.
• Any terms and conditions associated with promotional offers, bonuses, or rewards have been fulfilled.
2.4.2 Withdrawals shall not be allowed if the User’s Account is actively participating in a promotion and the associated terms and conditions have not yet been satisfied, except where the promotion has ended or been canceled.

2.4.5 FUJI9 reserve the right to credit the User back using the same method as that used by the User when depositing.
2.4.6 FUJI9 reserves the right to request identification documents from Users for all withdrawal requests. These documents may include, but are not limited to, a valid government-issued ID, proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank statement), and any other documentation deemed necessary to verify the User’s identity and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified time frame may result in delays, cancellation of the withdrawal request, or suspension of the User’s Account.
2.4.7 FUJI9 reserves the right to withhold or cancel any withdrawal if fraud, collusion, unlawful activity, or a violation of these Terms and Conditions is suspected. Withdrawals may also be delayed until identity verification, account balance confirmation, or a review of the source of funds is completed. In such cases, we may conduct or assist with investigations, and you agree to fully cooperate with any inquiries or requests for information.
2.4.8 Valid turnover is based on whichever is lower between the total amount wagered and the net stake or risked amount (the amount lost).
2.4.9 Users who have not completed identity verification process are subject to a total accumulated withdrawal limit of 5,000 Taka per day until verification is successfully completed.
3. The User's obligations as a player
3.1 The User hereby declares and warrants that:
3.1.1 The User is at least eighteen (18) years of age or of legal age according to the laws of their jurisdiction. The User confirms that they are not prohibited from participating in the Games offered on the Website by any applicable laws in their jurisdiction;
3.1.2 The User acknowledges and agrees that the Website and Member Account shall be used solely and exclusively for genuine participation in the Games offered. 3.1.5 All information provided to FUJI9 during the term of this agreement is true, complete, and accurate, and any changes to such information will be promptly communicated to FUJI9;
3.1.6 The User is solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes applicable to their winnings from FUJI9 in accordance with the laws of their jurisdiction;
3.1.7 The User affirms that all funds deposited into their Member Account are legally obtained and are not derived from any illegal or illicit activity;
3.1.8 The User understands that participating in the gambling involves a risk of losing the funds deposited into their Member Account;
3.1.9 The User shall not engage in any fraudulent, collusive, manipulative, or unlawful behavior concerning their own or any third-party participation in gambling. The User shall not use any unauthorized software, methods, or equipment to manipulate the outcome of the Games. FUJI9 reserves the right to suspend or close the User’s Member and/or invalidate their participation in any product/service if such activities are detected;
3.1.10 The User will only use valid and lawfully owned credit cards or other financial instruments for deposits and withdrawals into their Member Account;
3.1.11 The software provided by FUJI9, or its third-party partners, is the property of FUJI9 and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. The User may only use this software for personal, recreational purposes, in accordance with the terms and conditions of this agreement and applicable laws;

5. General Promotion Terms and Conditions
5.1 FUJI9 reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of any promotional event at any time, without prior notice. If FUJI9 suspects any involvement in fraudulent or illegal activities, or a breach of FUJI9’s Terms and Conditions in relation to the promotional event, FUJI9 may suspend or terminate your Member Account and/or any associated accounts (e.g., referred friends) at its sole discretion.
5.2 The promotion offer is limited to one redemption per User, unless otherwise specified in the Specific Promotion Terms & Conditions. The User’s identity will be determined based on any combination of the following: name, mailing address, email address, IP address, credit/charge card number, payment account ID, computer, and/or any other required form of identification.
5.3 A User may only participate in one promotion at a time. Before being allowed to participate in any new promotion, the User must either complete or cancel any ongoing promotion they are currently involved in.
5.4 Bonuses and winnings are non-transferable between User accounts.
5.5 FUJI9’s decisions regarding bonuses and promotional matters are final and cannot be appealed or reviewed.

5.7 In cases where abnormal behavior detected in the bets, or there is a breach of promotion or bonus terms, FUJI9 reserves the right to revoke the bonus portion of the offer and, at its sole discretion, either adjust the bets to the correct odds, void the free bets, or invalidate any bet funded by the deposit bonus.
5.8 Users found engaging in manipulation or abuse of the bonus system, including through arbitrage betting, using technology or bots to exploit the system, or other illicit methods to gain a bonus, may have their bonuses and any winnings forfeited at FUJI9’s discretion.
5.9 If a User participates in a promotion event, they must complete at least 10 valid bets using their deposit amount before requesting a withdrawal, with no restrictions on betting products. Please note that any draw, tie, cancelled, voided, or rejected bet will not be counted as valid bets.
5.10 FUJI9 promotions are intended for recreational Users, and FUJI9 reserves the right to limit or exclude any User from participating in all or part of any promotion at its discretion.
5.11 FUJI9 reserves the right to request identification documents (e.g., passport or identity card) for verification purposes prior to processing any withdrawal or granting any bonuses.

9.3 If FUJI9 detects any irregularities in the account or suspects involvement in money laundering activities, FUJI9 reserves the right to suspend or restrict account activities, including deposits, withdrawals, and gameplay, until identity verification is successfully completed.
