DISCONNECT POLICY
At FUJI9, we strive to provide a seamless and fair gaming experience. However, we understand that disconnections may occur due to internet issues, device malfunctions, or unforeseen circumstances. By using FUJI9’s services, the User acknowledges and agrees to this Disconnect Policy.
In addition to FUJI9’s disconnect policy, the User must also comply with the rules and policies established by the respective game providers. If a disconnection occurs, the resolution of any affected bets or game rounds will be determined in accordance with the game provider’s rules. In the event of any conflict between FUJI9’s disconnect policy and the provider’s rules, the provider’s rules shall take precedence concerning gameplay, bet settlement, and dispute resolution.
1. General Policy
1.1 FUJI9 is not responsible for any disconnection, lag, or other technical issues experienced on the User’s end.
1.2 Once a bet or wager is placed and confirmed, it remains valid regardless of any disconnection.
1.3 If a disconnection occurs while funds are being processed (e.g., deposit or withdrawal transactions), the User should contact Customer Support for verification before attempting another transaction.
A. Casino Games (Slots, Table Games, Live Dealer, etc.)
i. If a User disconnects during a game round, the system will automatically complete the round according to the game provider’s rules.
ii. The outcome will be determined by the game provider’s system and reflected in the User’s balance accordingly.
iii. Any winnings from a completed game round will be credited to the User’s account automatically.
iv. For Live Dealer games, bets that have already been placed will remain valid, and gameplay will continue for other players.
B. Sports Betting
i. Pre-match bets remain valid and will be settled based on the final event result, regardless of disconnection.
ii. Live bets placed before a disconnect will be processed normally unless they were not confirmed before the disconnection occurred.
iii. If a bet is successfully placed but a disconnection occurs before confirmation, the bet will be considered valid once it has been recorded in the system.
iv. Users can check the status of their bets in the bet history section after reconnecting.
C. System Failures & Technical Issues
i. In cases of server crashes, software malfunctions, or system errors on FUJI9’s end, affected bets or game rounds may be voided, and stakes may be refunded where applicable.
ii. FUJI9 reserves the right to investigate and determine the resolution for any technical failures.
iii. If a game or bet is disrupted due to a system failure, FUJI9 will restore the User’s account balance to the last recorded state before the disruption, where possible.
iv. Any suspected system manipulation, unfair advantage, or exploit due to a technical error may result in voided bets and account review.
